How do I prepare for the ISRO SC- electronics (ECE) exam and interview?

To be able to pass the ISRO exam, you must have a solid understanding of the fundamentals of technical subjects from your undergraduate course.

How do you prepare for ISRO?

  • The syllabus for ISRO exam has not been officially announced. Prepare topics based upon weightage analysis of past papers to help you prepare for ISRO exam.
  • It is important to list all subjects and then prepare according to the weightage of marks from previous years.
  • Instead of memorizing, focus on researching and understanding the topics. This will help you pass the written exam and get the job interview.

Prepare for ISRO with these resources

  • More than 80 percent will be based on GATE syllabus. GATE syllabus and undergraduate syllabus can be used to study the subjects for ISRO exam.
  • After you have covered the syllabus, practice ISRO previous year questions. You will be able to repeat 20-30% of the questions from the previous year’s exam papers.
  • Practice the GATE, DRDO and other exam questions from previous years. These questions could be difficult or time-consuming for GATE exam. You can leave such questions out of your practice. Although ISRO questions are easy to understand, they will require basic knowledge. Many questions in the ISRO exam depend on facts, formulas, and methods/techniques.
