How To Apply for a new passport In American Samoa
Make sure you have a copy of the Form for Samoan Passport/DoI Form that is signed by you and your certifier
Make certified or original copies of all other documents in the event that it is required.
Requests for travel documents may be sent by mail to Samoa Immigration office in Apia or to in the Government of Samoa overseas Missions
The application should be accompanied by an fee for application, which has to be paid in the local currency where the application is submitted.
