  2. The request for a Permit to Reopen an institution or school should be submitted on paper to the permanent secretary or chief administrative officer town clerk according to the instructions on the application form.
  3. A request to reopen an institution that has been closed pursuant to the Act is to be sent by the permanent secretary, Chief Administrative Officer or the town clerk.
  4. The Permanent Secretary’s office is located in the Chief Administrative Officer or town clerk to obtain an application form to re-open the school or establishment from the department concerned.
  5. Ask the staff at the office regarding the documents that should be included to the application form that you have completed. Complete the application form in the manner needed with the relevant details and information.
  6. When you have completed the application form in relation to the requirements and the documents required, you must attach them together with the form that you have completed.
  7. Submit the form for the education director of your district of your region or drop it off at the office of the Permanent Secretary, Chief Administrative Officer or the town clerk.

Each school’s owner is unhappy due to a decision by principal education officers–
