Application In Person
- To request calibration of micro- and pipettes to be calibrated, make an request to Bureau of Standards Jamaica (BSJ). Check out the BSJ contact information by clicking this hyperlink: – BSJ Contacts.
- Request the application form to request calibration at one of BSJ offices located in Kingstone, Montego Bay, Mandeville, Ocho Rios, or Savanah-La-Ma. You may request the application form via either email or by phone.
- Fill in the application correctly.
- Create the supporting documents required and include them on the application form.
- Go to the BSJ office and pay the application fee at the cashier, and get the receipt for payment.
- Complete the request form in person to the BSJ representative at the desk of service and take the acknowledgement receipt for the application.
- Your application is referred through the BSJ metrology department. They is going to assign an inspection for your application.
- The metrology inspector who is assigned to you will be visiting the spot in which pipes are.
- The inspector will check and calibrate the pipes according to the BSJ specifications and will prepare a report.
- Then you will be notified of the calibration report via the BSJ.
