How To Apply for Electricity Connection In Gabon
What is the process to apply:
- If they meet all the requirements (listed under the “Eligibility” Section) in the application, the eligible subscriber must visit any or all of the Societe d’Energie et d’Eau du Gabon (SEEG) agency’s offices and declare your desire to join.
- Complete the application form that is available at SEEG office. SEEG office and then submit it with all documents supporting it (listed under the “Required documents” section) to verify and process and if all the details are correct, you will be approved to join the SEEG.
- The SEEG inspector will be sent to the site for an assessment in order to determine the estimated price of the materials used to connect the layout.
- Then, you will be required to pay for the estimate within 15 days. Present the receipt of payment to SEEG offices to allow the connection.
- Once you have presented the receipt of payment, you will receive the external works, installation of meters and power flow within 15 days.

What Are All The Eligibility
The service is available to everyone However, the person applying must satisfy the following requirements
- Ground
- Set up a fuse box or circuit breaker
- Provide for connection after meter,
- Complete the ceiling of the exterior, and put up the exterior wall in the counter.
- Create a power analysis in agencies (calculation on the amount of equipment we intend to employ).

- SEEG offers payment options dependent on your type of contract you have contracted. If you are using the standard connection (E or O) you will be able to make a payment of at minimum half of the estimated amount and the balance to be paid in three, six or 12 monthly installments.
- To make a social connection the client can make payment of 25% from the estimated amount The balance can be paid in 3 or 12 monthly installments, without the interest.
