Apply for Meals on Wheels (Feeding Programme) In Jamaica By Yourself

  1. To be eligible to be eligible for to be eligible for Meals on Wheels feeding programme for seniors Citizens You must have a registration at the National Council for Senior Citizens (NCSC) which is an agency of the Ministry of Labour and Social Security (MLSS). Check out the NCSC contact details under the “Office Locations and Contacts” section below.
  2. The first step is to obtain the form to register seniors from or one of the NCSC office
  3. Fill out the application form and attach the necessary documents and documents to the form. You’ll be required to submit proof of age
  4. Send the application in its entirety in person to the NCSC person at the office to verify your application
  5. The official will examine that your request to see if it is in line with the criteria needed to be classified as a senior citizen.
  6. After your application is checked and you satisfy the requirements for eligibility to register After verification, your application will be accepted for processing within a day.
  7. The NCSC will identify you as an elderly citizen. They will create your senior citizen’s identity card and present it to you.

Note:that should you be unable to make an application for registration with the NCSC in person, you may send an outside party to apply for you. In this instance you will need to submit a certified document that confirms your age.
