  • Purchase stamp
    • (i) The applicant is required to buy a stamp through the ONECI website and this will enable you to visit an ONECI Enrolment Centre and have you accepted. (ii) Go to the ONECI portal on the website.

    Linkwhen you click on the option to purchase a stamp on the Buy a Stamp option, you’ll be redirected on the following page. (iii) Fill in the your request in a precise manner (full name and date/place of birth, mother’s name, the type of request ) and click on “new CNI” tab, email address) and then click on “Buy immediately “tab. (iv) Click on “PAY” button and pay payments online using the company identified on the website i.e. (Orange Money Moov Money MTN Mobile Money, Visa, MasterCard) then click on the “payer” button. (v) You can print the receipt. A copy will be delivered to your email address.

  • Visit the centres for enrolment(i) visit the ONECI enrolling centre in your area along with the necessary evidence (listed in the following) and indicate your interest. (ii) Show your receipt in the hands of an ONECI enrolling agent. After verification , you will be registered and issued with a confirmation. (iii) Take the application form, read through it attentively as it has different sections. Then complete it, and confirm that all the details are correct and sign it. (iv) Choose the control ticket number , and wait until you are ready. (v) Complete the form and the accompanying documents to the officer in charge to verify and process. (vi) The biometric details (finger print and photograph) will be recorded at the time of your visit.

  • Foreign man who tied the knot with an Ivorian woman on the 29th of August 2005.

Validity

It is good for a period of 10 years and can be renewed afterward.

Processing Time

If all requirements are satisfied If all the requirements have been met, the CNI card process will be completed within 45 days after the submission in the form.
