Apply for Pesticide License or Permit In Uganda By Online
- To get a pesticide licence you must visit in the offices of the Ministry of Agriculture Animal industries and Fisheries
- The applicant should ensure they have all the documents listed under the section Required Documents on this page. Certain documents can be obtained through the application process, so ensure you have all of the original documents needed to submit your application.
- Once the application is submitted, an applicant is required to submit a sample the agricultural chemical to be used for an official test.
- If the tests are approved by the authorities, an application form needs to be filled out with all the required information, and the payment of the 5,000 Ugx costs will be requested from the applicant, in order that the certificate will be issued.

Anyone with a registered business and owns premises that have been registered as per the regulations of the Agricultural Chemicals (Control) Act (2006).
