- To apply for an application for a Phytosanitary Certificate the applicant must go to for assistance from the Department of Plant Protection Sanitary and Phytosanitary (DPPSP). Contact information can be found below in the “office contact and office locations” section.

- The applicant must submit the completed application form along with the required documentation to DPPSP.
- Once the application has been approved and processed, the DPPSP Inspector is on the Applicant’s premises to inspect the package that is destined for export.
- When the inspection is successful and yields satisfactory results, the DPPSP issues an Phytosanitary Certificate.
