- It is necessary to fill out an application form and send it to AGROCALIDAD.

- Fill out the form to download and then fill in your personal details.
- Make sure you have all the necessary documents which are listed under the “Required Document””Required Document” section on this page.
- The applicant must fill out the appropriate application form along with the required documentation to AGROCALIDAD.
- After the application has been completed, the Inspector examines the package that is intended to be shipped.
- If the inspection produces satisfactory results The inspector will issue the inspector with a Phytosanitary Certificate.
