Eligibility

To apply for an application for a Public Passenger Vehicle (PPV) driver’s license, you must:

  • Have reached 21,.
  • Have a full Manx Driving license which entitles you to drive a car belonging to the relevant category or group. You must hold an FULL driving license for at least three years.
