Seeds that enter Bermuda are controlled under Bermuda’s Department of the Environment and Natural Resources However, there is no need for a specific authorization for importation of seeds. Seeds intended for human or animal consumption are not subject to regulation under this policy. These seeds are banned from being imported into Bermuda:
