  3. Fill in the application correctly. Be sure to be sure to check the box for “Training Program” in the B section on the application form.
  4. Review the checklist of Information required for Training Programme found on the Part B (II) of the application form to confirm that you’ve provided the information required.
  5. Send an electronically signed copy of your Application at the Secretariat of the ISA through the email address: E-Fund@isa.org.jm and prepare seven hard copies of the application. deliver them personally at the Secretariat of the ISA
  6. When you have submitted your request, the Secretariat will forward your application on to the Advisory Panel
  7. The Advisory Panel will evaluate the application to determine if the application has the necessary elements that must be assessed in the application for financing
  8. After reviewing the application After evaluating the application Advisory Panel will send their recommendations to the Secretary-General of the ISA and recommend the award of the funds.
  9. The Secretary-General will evaluate the recommendations by the Advisory Panel and approve the decision to award the funds.
  10. You will then be informed of the success of your application via your contact information and the money will be credited to your account.

Processing Time

The processing time for your application must be completed within 4 months considering that you need to submit your application 3 months prior to the start of the course.

Instructions

  • To be evaluated the application must include all the necessary information and documents listed in Section B (II) of the application form.
  • It is your responsibility to submit a report to the secretariat of the ISA on how the funds were utilized at the conclusion of the course.
  • The proposed country must be able to provide a short report on how the training helped you and the country in need.
  • Your supervisor must also submit an account to the Authority about your performance.
  • The application deadline is three months before the start of the training
