How To Authentication of Signatures (Signature Recognition) In Angola
Application for signing recognition on document: Apply In-Person
- Prepare all required documents . Then, visit to the SIAC and the SIAC – Integrated Citizen Service unit in your area to submit your application.
- Go to the notary department and get a control number password for Signature recognition . Then just wait to be seated.
- The customer service agent contacts you to verify your password. Go to the desk of service and present the documents you need to verify.
- The official will check your documents and create an information guide for service that details the total amount of application fees as well as the bank information.
- Go to the bank , pay the fees for the application and get two copies of your bank statement.
- Go to the customer service desk and provide a photocopy of the statement from your bank to an assisting official.
- The official will verify the payment and if they’re incorrect, they will notify your bank in order to process the right payment.
- If the document and the payments are in order If the documents and payments are correct, the official will write the signature acknowledgment mark on the form, and then forward this to the Notary to be finalization.
- The Notary will complete the necessary processing and send your documents to our customer support department for processing and will issue the results to you.
