- The applicant must visit the branch of the bank where he/she holds a domiciliary to obtain the Nigerian Export Proceeds form (NXP).

- You can visit the bank to obtain the Application Form for Nigerian Export Proceeds form (NXP).
- The bank will issue six copies of the form. The bank will issue six copies to the applicant.
- You should ensure that all documents required by this page are available to you.
- The applicant must sign the contract of sale and the pro-forma invoice when returning the application forms.
- The original will be kept by the bank and five additional copies will be sent to Inspection agents.
- In all further dealings, the applicant should refer to the NXP number.
- The applicant must then visit the Inspection agent’s official website or office to complete a Request For Inspection form.
- The applicant will receive a Clean Certificate after the inspection is completed.
- Next, the goods will be moved to the port for customs inspection and the issuance of Single Goods Declarations (SDG).
- After all necessary steps have been completed, the Terminal Operator presents the Ship Agent the Loading List of the vessel.
