  • The applicant must visit a licensed private or government veterinarian in the area to apply for Import/Export of Animals in Person.

  • Visit the Veterinarian to let them know that you are interested in applying for a Pet Passport.

  • Completion of the application by filling out the appropriate application form (if applicable) and submitting it to the Veterinarian with all required documents.
  • After paying the fees, the veterinarian official will process the application.
  • The applicant and all attached documents will be verified and validated by the officer.
  • If all required documents are received, the application will receive approval and be forwarded to the Pet Passport Processing Center.
