Loss of Citizenship In Indonesia By Online
- The request to lose citizenship should be made in writing by the party concerned to the President through the Minister. The application must be written in Indonesian language, and written on an article of paper.
- The application is sent by mail to an Indonesian Representative whose area of work is the residence of the applicant. It is accompanied by the documents required as listed below.
- In the case of incomplete applications In the case of incomplete applications, the Indonesian representative is required to return the application to the applicant not more than fourteen (fourteen) days from the date that the applicant submitted the application. In the case of complete applications the Indonesian Representative submits applications to Minister not more than two (two) months from the date on which the application was received.
- After the Minister has reviewed the application Incomplete applications are sent at the request of the Indonesian Representative within 14 (days) following the date the application was received in order to be filled out. If the application is complete The Minister will forward the application to President no after 14 (fourteen) days following the date on which the request was made. The President makes a decision regarding the loss of Indonesian citizenship then the Indonesian Representative sends an official decision to applicants no less than seven (seven) days following the date on which they received the President’s decision.

The Document is required
