- Fill out your application.
- Send the documents in the appropriate format and pay the appropriate cost.

Instructions
- Births in Chile need to be registered with authorities at the proper Civil Registry as well as Identification where the birth occurred.
- Anyone who is interested in birth enrollment or registration should visit the office with their outlined documents.
- An RUN (or national Single Role will be assigned to any person who would like to get birth certificates. It will also be the number on their identity card, if requested.
