Obtain a Certificate of Documents Authentication In Macau By Online

  1. To get the Certificate of Documents Authentication, go to the Macau SAR Identification Office.
  2. Complete an application form. A link is given under “Documents to Use’ section which you can use to download the form.
  3. You must complete the form in the same way as you signed the form on your Macau SAR Resident ID Card.
  4. Fill out the application with all documents required. The application can be submitted by an authorized person who can present one of the photocopies and originals of the applicant’s identification card, if the applicant is not able to make an application in person.
  5. You can receive your certificate 5 working days once the Bureau has accepted your application with all required documents.
