  • A copy of Bank Challan in original amounting to Rs.500or more to be used towards Oath of Allegiance and declaration deposit at the State Bank of India under the heading No.0070-Other Administrative Services, Other Services and receipts in accordance with the Citizenship Act.
Form III section 5 (1) (c)
  • A copy of a valid foreign passport.
  • A copy of the valid Residential Permit/LTV.
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Proof of their husbands or wives’ Indian nationality, viz. copies of their Indian citizenship or birth certificates.
  • A copy of the marriage document issued by the Marriage Registrar.
  • Declaration and Oath of Allegiance as per the form to be signed prior to the office specified by the Citizenship Rules, 1955 i.e. Collector/ DM/ DC.
  • A copy of Bank Challan in original amounting to Rs.500$ payable to the Oath of Allegiance and declaration Deposited at the State Bank of India under the heading No.0070-Other Administrative Services, Other Services. Receipts are issued under the Citizenship Act
Form IV Section 5. (1) (d)
  • A copy of a valid foreign Passport of the parent or child, or in which the child’s name on it.
  • A copy of a valid Residential Permit/LTV.
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Documentation of Indian citizenship of both parents, viz. an original copy of Indian document of birth or passport.
  • Declaration and Oath of Allegiance according to the form that must be taken prior to the office specified by the Citizenship Rules, 1955 i.e. Collector/ DM/ DC.
  • A duplicate of Bank Challan in original amounting to Rs.250(or equivalent) payable to declaration and oath of allegiance, deposited at the State Bank of India under the heading No.0070-Other Administrative Services-Other Services-receipts in the Citizenship Act.

Form V Form V, Section 5. (1) (e)
  • Copy of valid foreign passport.
  • A copy of a valid Residential Permit/LTV.
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Copy of Indian citizenship certificates for both parents, that were issued in accordance with section 5(1) (a) or 6(1) of the Citizenship Act, 1955.

  • The document of registration as an overseas citizen of India under Section 7A.

  • Declaration and Oath of Allegiance as per the form that must be taken at the time of the office mentioned by the Citizenship Rules, 1955 i.e. Collector/ DM/ DC.
  • A duplicate of Bank Challan in original amounting to Rs.500or more, payable to the Oath of Allegiance and declaration Deposited with the State Bank of India under the heading No.0070-Other Administrative Services, Other Services. Receipts are issued under the Citizenship Act.
Form VIII, Section 6, (1)
  • A copy of a valid foreign passport.
  • A copy of the Residential Permit/LTV.
  • Aadhaar Card
  • A duplicate of Bank Challan in original amounting to Rs.1500or more, deposited at the State Bank of India under the heading No.0070-Other Administrative Services, Other Services receipts in accordance with the Citizenship Act.
  • Affidavit of self (applicant) along with two additional affidavits signed by two Indians attesting to the authenticity that the candidate is in the prescribed language , which is available on the online application. Affidavits to be issued by the Notary/Oath Commissioneror D.M.

Two certifications of language verifying the knowledge of the applicant of any one or more of the Indian languages mentioned within the eighth Schedule in the Constitution. (A language certificate issued by an accredited institute)

Eligibility
