  • Applicant must submit a request for this certificate to their local revenue authorities to show their dependency

Apply In-Person:

  • Applicant can approach respective Circle/Block/thasildhar / Revenue office to apply in-person.
  • Go to the appropriate office.
  • The applicant should obtain the form from the office of the applicant (please make payment for it, if needed) A written application in plain A4 paper in accordance with the guidelines should be utilized.
  • Send in the completed application with all required documents.
  • The authorities after reviewing the documents attached and applications submitted will enter the information and give you a the record number to refer to.
  • The application will be handled internally. Authorities in charge will perform the verification at the ground level in the residence area of the applicant in order to establish the relationship with the person mentioned, after which they will scrutinize the documents and the information supplied from the candidate.
  • When the verification process is completed the officials will then submit their findings to the appropriate authority for a decision and then issues the Certificate of Verification to the person applying.
  • The applicant will be issued the certification within 7-10 days following an appropriate verification.

  • In certain states, the applicant must seek out services available over the counter such as CSC centers/e-seva, etc. to apply.
