  1. Make appointments with Transport Control Department (TDC) via the contact details listed in the “Office Contacts and Locations” subsection below.
  2. The day before the appointment, visit the TDC office along with the buyer to conduct the test for transfer of the car.
  3. Make payment of the fee, and then provide the necessary documents.
  4. A test will be conducted by the examiner, and should the vehicle pass the test, you will receive the following documents
  • The transfer test certificate is valid until one calendar month following the day the vehicle was examined.
  • Your invoice of purchase
  • Your insurance certificate.

Note:
