Alcoholic beverage vendor license: 1,000


An alcohol beverage vendor license allows the licensee to offer drinks containing alcohol for consumption off premises within a distance from the premises , as the Board shall determine the distances for every license.

All licenses and any applicable endorsements will be issued according to a year-long basis regardless of when they were issued or renewed. They expire on December of every year in which they were issued or renewed.

You may start renewing your license 3 months before your current license expires.

Licenses are not transferable The license is granted to the individual or individuals who submitted the application. It cannot be transferred to another individual, unless upon the termination of a tenancy, or the default on a mortgage when the original contract states that the license serves as an obligation security or obligation, in which case the Governor will be promptly informed about any loss. Licenses that are contingent on the satisfaction of any requirements or requirements pertaining to the location where the licensee operates the business, trade or profession, cannot be transferred to a different location without an application in writing and approval in writing by the Governor.
