  1. A veterinary institution that wants to provide programs of instruction that lead to the awarding of an certificate, diploma, or certificate or the degree that confers the title of Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine shall after being approved by the appropriate body, apply with the Uganda Veterinary Board for approval by filing an application .

  5. The Uganda Veterinary Board shall, upon receipt of the request, inspect the institution , and if it is satisfied that it is in line with the standards set, will accept the institution for the courses that are proposed.
  6. The approval usually lasts granted for a period of five years.
  7. The Uganda Veterinary Board shall inspect authorized training establishments at intervals. The Board must, at least the course of every 5 years examine institutions to determine whether they have been approved.
  8. The license can be revoked at any point if the Board determines that there is a violation of any provision of these Regulations.
