Obtain Disabled Card In United Arab Emirates By Online
- Apply for a Disabled card by visiting the Ministry Of Community Development – Disability Care and Rehabilitation office.
- Requests received are reviewed by the front desk staff who verify the data submitted. If the requirements aren’t met the request is rejected.
- The Diagnosis Committee will verify the medical record you’ve provided.
- After validation of your data The card will then be issued to you.

Required Documents For Obtain Disabled Card
- Copy of passport-copy of family book-copy of the national ID card issued by the emirates for UAE citizens
- Copy of passport – Copy of ID card for GCC Citizens.
- Copy of passport or photocopy of a valid residency ( up to 6 months) required for permanent residents.
- Medical report on ( sensory and physical impairments) as well as psychological (mental and autism ) disabilities ) obtained from a recognized authority
- Personal photos with white backgrounds

- In the event of insufficient and/or missing documents, service could be delayed
- If the additional information requested is not received within the timeframe of 6 months and the request is not submitted within that timeframe, it will be rejected. Except for instances where it is necessary to submit additional information after reaching a certain age , or after completion of physiotherapy.
