How To Obtain Marriage License In Anguilla
- In order to obtain a marriage certificate, the couple must go to Court Registry Court Registry two days prior to the date of the wedding to apply for a Marriage License.

Documents that are required Marriage License
- Identification document (Passport, Birth certificate)
- Driver’s License (if available)
- If you are divorced, show the original divorce papers (Decree Absolute) with a seal from the court of divorce. Certified True copies, certified by a Registrar or clerk of the court of divorce are also accepted
- A death certificate in the event that any spouse in the marriage prior to it has died.
- If the parties are younger than 18 years of age, their consent must be given.

Fees
Create EC$100.00 or its equivalent to US$37.20 in Anguilla stamps. They are available at the General Post Office in Anguilla. Pay EC$650.00 or its equivalent to US$241.80 which is the amount of the marriage license.
Note: European countries typically require that an Apostile must be an additional document to be attached to the Marriage certificate. (An Apostile is an official document that confirms the authenticity of a document issued in the country of origin). The cost for an Apostile is EC$150.00 or US$55.80 in cash or travellers Cheques.
