- Non-Barbadian citizens are required produce:
- A birth certificate that is original or a passport that is validly endorsed by the chief immigration officer of Barbados
- Original document that has validity at 6 (6) month or greater, which indicates the status as determined by The Chief Immigration Officer in Barbados.

- Get your photo and fingerprint impressions taken.
- There is no cost to obtain a national identification card. There is however an additional charge of $25.00 for the replacement of Identification Cards that are lost, stolen or damaged, or destroyed.
