Obtain Police Clearance Certificate (Criminal Clearance Certificate) In United Arab Emirates By Yourself

The applicant must apply for a police Clearance Certificate in-person with any “Directorate General for Security and Criminal Justice, Ministry of Interior”.

Visit the appropriate office. The application forms can be obtained at the office during your visit. Make sure you bring the original copy of the documents and copies to your office.
Follow the official guidelines and submit your filled-in application together with the supporting the required documents. The applicant is responsible for paying any fees, if needed as per the instructions.
The application will be processed by the department responsible for it.
The certificate can be obtained from the location where the applicants applied in person upon notification or issued in accordance with guidelines.

Applying process for overseas for citizens and non-citizens

Applications can be requested from the consulate or the embassy. Call the office to set up an time for a personal visit. Also , find out the steps of this process.
When the date is set when the appointment is scheduled, come to the office with the documents in original form and in a duplicate. Follow the officer’s guidelines for processing your application.
The application will be handled by the department responsible for it. The certificates that are completed are sent to the concerned.
The applicant should take the certificate to the office of their choice upon notification or may have it as per the rules in force.
