Obtain Tour Operators, Agencies or Travel Office Permit (License) In Ivory Coast By Yourself
- The applicant who is eligible should go to at the Direction du Guichet Unique (DGU) located in Abidjan or in the vicinity of or near DR as well as the DD inside. Go to the customer service desk and indicate your interest.
- Take the application form to the license desk , and complete it in a precise manner.
- Complete the form and submit it along with the necessary document (listed below) for processing and verification.
- Pay the license fee at the local bank and you’ll receive receipt.

- You will be taken to the next webpage. Click on “To begin “to begin the process of applying,
- Complete all mandatory fields precisely by following the steps as laid out:

- Contact details for the applicant page (full names, occupation and nationality, date/place of birth and phone number(s),email address) and click “following”
- Information on how to establish page(Name for establishment type the establishment is located, its legal status geographical area, address, number of employees, days and hours of operation, and investment amount) then click “following”
- Information on the Act Cost page {in the hotel category)then select “following’
- Page for Vouchers “upload the necessary documents that are listed either in pdf or JPEG format (size less than 2MB) and click “following”
- Pay page (select the method of payment you prefer, and then accept to be able to read the conditions and terms).
- Verify that the data provided is correct by clicking “modify request” A summary of the for verification will appear to verify and change if needed.
- If you are confident that the details that you entered is accurate, click “validate and pay”

- Go to your local Direction du Guichet Unique (DGU) office to pay of the license fees in the DGU cash counter. Upon which you will receive a receipt. an invoice
- If an responsible official confirms that all requirements for filling out the application have been met, will be informed of the decision by phone, SMS or via email in the space of 21 business days. Then, you will be issued with the certificate.
