Instructions

  • The death notification is required to be served at least five (5) days following the death of the deceased.
  • If the death occurred within St. Michael or those regions beneath Top Rock and falls within District A’s jurisdiction the death must be registered by the Registration Department, Coleridge Street, Bridgetown. Other registrations remain identical to birth registrations.
  • The Funeral Director who is in charge of the body is the responsibility of recording the death.
