Documents Required Existing Company

  • A completed registration form
  • Original identity card for citizenship of the promoters must be displayed at the Company Registry Division, Department of Industry at the time of applying and the necessary documents to register companies in line with the Companies Act of the Kingdom of Bhutan.

Eligibility

A minimum of two citizens that are the age of 18 and would like to establish a company in accordance with the Companies Act of the Kingdom of Bhutan 2000.

Fees

The owners of the company must pay Nu. 1,000 if their approved share capital does not more than Nu. 1,000,000 , Nu. 1500 If you have a share of capital that falls between Nu. 1,000,000 and Nu. 200 000 and Nu. 2000 for share capital authorized that is greater than Nu. 2,000,000.
