- The original application form.
- Original official letter from the bank stating the details of the account.
- Original Company stamp and signature of the authorized director of the company or any other authorized.
- Photocopie of the following:
- Commercial license issued by the Department of Economic Development.
- ADCCI membership
- Partnership contract
- Signatory authorized
- Passport of the partner and owner
- Profile of the company
- Catalogue of the items
- Honours and quality certificates
