How To Register as Voter In Gambia
- To register as a voter, the candidate must make contact with the centers for voter registration that are regulated by IEC.
- The applicant should ensure that they have the required documents provided under the Essential Documents section.
Documents that are required Register as Voter
Any applicant is not disqualified on the basis of the presentation one of the listed documents.
- Birth certificate.
- A Gambian passport.
- An National Identity Card.
- A document signed by five elders living at the place of birth of the applicant that states it was the place of birth for the individual. the location.
- A certificate from district Seyfo, or an Alkalo from the village where birthplace of the applicant that states they were born within the District or in the Village.
