How To Register of Employees with the Directorate General of Tax In Gabon
What is the process to apply:
- Application forms can be obtained from any of the DIRECTION GENERALE DES IMPOTS (DGI) agency office, or download it via the DGI website or click the click below to download:(Application form IM02) & (Application form IM03)
- Complete the forms together with supporting documents (listed under the “Required documents” Section) at any DGI department offices of the agency’s Tax Authorities the Registration Office for verification and processing.
- If the official or register officials are satisfied documents are in order, you’ll be informed of the result within a week. They will then assign you an individual Financial Identification Number (NIF).
Note:
Failure to file submit an application for registration through the DGI within the two-month period will result in a fine.

- Form for registration request No. printed. IM02 as provided from the administrative department, properly filled in.
- Identity document copy (national identity card or driving license, passport) or residency permit for residents of other countries.
- A copy of the contract of employment.
- The location map of the employer’s company’s location on the IM03 form supplied from the administrative department.
