  • Get the necessary documents and then visit your local Ministry of Animal and Fisheries Resources (MIRAH), Department of Veterinary Services Division (DSV), Sub-Directorate of Hygiene and Food Sanitary Safety (SDHSSA) and register your interest.

  • A Inter-ministerial Commission (chaired by the Ministry responsible for Trade) is scheduled to meet at minimum two (2) times per year to look over the findings of the report, application dossiers and issue certificates of import authorizations to those who met the requirements specified in the application.
  • You will be informed about the outcome via mail, telephone or in person, and then you will be issued with the renewal certification as an importer for milk or derived products. This is done through the register.
  • The list of approved applicants (individuals/businesses/companies) will then be gazetted by the Inter-ministerial Decrees.
