  1. Inform the police
    • The loss or theft of your ID card of nationality at the nearest police station located in the location where you lost the card and if you are unable to remember exactly where, take it to the closest station. You will receive a replacement request certificate/notice of theft or loss by the police.
  2. Purchase stamp
    (i) Applicant is required to buy a stamp on the ONECI website. This will permit you to visit an ONECI enrollment center and get you admitted to.

CNI cards are valid for 10 years. CNI cards is valid for a period of 10 years and can be renewed afterward.
