Replace Lost or Damaged Passport In United Arab Emirates By Online
- The application form can be filled in at any center for typing.
- Make the payment in the nearest Islamic Bank.
- Print the application and submit it along with the documents required at the Department of Citizenship and Personal Status.
- Get the passport via Empost or in the case of urgently submitting the application.

- Formulary for application (Original)
- Family book (original + copy)
- Recent photo using light, gray or white blue in a straight line (One)
- Passports that are not valid anymore (Original) If it is applicable
- Emirates Identification (should be issued to newborns too) (orignial)
- Payment sticker of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (orignial)
- Empost sticker, or fully paid emergency application (Orignial)
