How To Replace Lost / Stolen Passport In Chile

  • To get a new passport, you must go to the closest civil registry bureau, or when you’re in another country, the closest Chilean consulate.
  • Fill out an application.
  • Send in the completed application the Chilean ID card, passport and photographs.
  • Make payment for the fee of application.
