With a sufficient basis The fish inspector can suspend the certificate of sanitary fish until the applicant is able to take the appropriate corrective steps.

  1. A fish inspector can be unable or unwilling to issue an official certificate of sanitary treatment for fish regarding any batch or consignment of fish or fish-based products that are purchased from an establishment it is:

  2. If a fish inspector is unable to issue or annul a certificate of sanitary fish in accordance with the ordinance rule, he or she must explain the reason for refusing for the certificate’s issue to the applicant or establishment.
  3. A fish inspector can use the opportunity of verifying the safety and standard of the food or product, obtain samples to be tested in an approved laboratory the expense of the applicant or establishment. If the test results fail to meet the requirements, the fish inspector could either cancel or refuse to issue the certificate.
  4. Additionally, applicants are required to adhere to the regulations that apply to them. Fish law of that country. When an applicant does not comply with the rules of Fish laws or guidelines, or guidelines issued to enforce the same, the relevant fish organ could suspend the Fish health certificate until the applicant has taken corrective steps.
  5. The directorate of fisheries can suspend the Fish certification if it is determined that:

    • Rewards are not properly used or improperly transferred to another individual;
    • The applicant failed, without a valid reason to renew his fish sanitary certificate as required with the Fish Ordinance. That is, if the applicant didn’t each year renew his fish certificate of sanitary within one month after the expiration date of his certificate.
