Documents that are required Transfer Ownership of a Vehicle
- A certificate of insurance with an individual’s name. owner/buyer. The certificate needs to have been issued by an Andorran company , and must remain valid for a duration of one year. The certificate must be presented within eight working days from the date of issue.
- If the vehicle will become registered with the company name, business: Power of Attorney issued to the legal representative of the business.
- Non-Andorrans: Photocopy of passport
- For vehicles bought on an installment basis for vehicles bought on installment basis: contract
- For modified vehicles For modified vehicles: Certificate of Modification from the workshop
- When the automobile was part or a transaction or transfer:
- Carta card, signed by the seller
- Testament or court or court (in the event of demise of owner)
