Is the brain a meat computer? Can human tissue possibly generate electricity or electrical activity? Is there any evidence of such? Or is it all just source projecting physicality as expression?

To create a neural net, we can mirror the network of neurones on a machine. Artificial neural nets can be used in computer science to recognize and learn.
