Electrical Engineering is primarily concerned with the Fundamentals of Electricity & Electric Circuits. It explains the basics of electrical appliances, including motors, generators, refrigerators, transformers, and air conditioning. It became a vast field in the third and fourth years.
Electronics Engineering refers to the application of electrical engineering. It uses our basic concepts in Electrical engineering to create new applications of electrical engineering. For example, Microprocessors for Computers, graphics cards, OLED, LED, and signal transmission devices.
As such, electrical engineering is similar to father and electronics is like son (just an example).
