Apply for a National Transportation Card In Mali By Yourself
- The applicant must present himself/herself and the vehicle to Regional Transport Directorate or the transportation subdivision located at Cercle level, in the section for transport cards and indicate your desire at the desk of service.

- Complete the form correctly and attach all relevant document (listed in the following) and then submit the documents to be checked by the branch manager.
- When the representative is confident the file is in good order, send it over to the counter for cash and you will then be notified to pay the necessary fees, following the payment, you’ll be presented with an acknowledgement receipt.
- When you pay, the file is sent back to the section for transport cards to register and assign a number.
- The section that handles transport cards will then place an unfilled card to the file, and send it off to the General Secretariat to be minted (stamped).
- The file is transferred to the department that handles transport cards The file is then forwarded to the department for verification and control.
- If the file meets the requirements The Head of Division signs it and then submits it by the Director of the Region or his delegates. The file is then returned to the department that handles transport cards to issue.
- The representative or applicant should return to in the bureau (transport card area) in which you made the application along with your ID card and acknowledgement receipt. Present the documents to the agent for them to be checked, and they will then issue the national travel card.

- Formulary for application that is provided by the DRTTF with a stamp of 200 FCFA
- A photocopy from the card with gray color
- Photocopy of the technical visit slip
- Photocopy of the valid national insurance
- Receipt of the Vignette (TTR) for the current year.
