- The importer needs to visit the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Tourism (MOIT) at the reception and inquire about the duty officer and then the person applying will get directed to the primary secretary’s office. Contact link
- The importer is now required to apply via the principal secretary.
- The importer needs to provide an official business certificate or proof of contract or a certificate of incorporation to be able to apply.
- The principal secretary will confirm the certificate, and then confirm that the business proof has been verified, the certificate will be issued.
- The application will be approved following the examination that the applicant has a valid certificate.
- Complete the application correctly and attach all documents listed under the “required documents” section below.
- Complete the application and send it to MOIT officials. MOIT officials for processing. It will be completed within five working days.
- The MOIT issues the license through the Principal Secretary’s office.
