Eligibility
- Must be 16 years old or above.
- It must be with a sponsor who is the
- Parent or
- Guardian (could be the grandmother, grandfather or even the aunt, uncle older brother or sister who is older than 21).
- It is required to have never applied for or been a holder of an identity card. has lived in Malaysia from the age of 12 until 16.
Fees
- Late payment fees for citizens 10 RM for processing fees
- Late payment penalty for non-citizens is 40% RM to cover the cost of application, and 10 RM to cover the processing fee
