The forms are also available at various outlets across all over the nation (i.e. Bottle stores, third party providers bars, etc.) You will have to bring the completed application form to an NZ Post outlet to get it examined and completed.

18+ Cards are valid for 10 years starting from date of the issue.

Instructions
You’ll require an ID card that is Primary or
- Passport (NZ or out of the country, current or expired within the two years preceding applying)
- Original Birth Certificate in Full
- NZ Photo Driver Licence
- Firearms Licence
If you don’t possess one of these forms of ID, you won’t be eligible to apply for an 18+ card.
