Apply for Pawnbrokers Licence in Hong Kong
- If you want to apply for the Pawnbrokers Licence it is necessary fill out an application with the Liquor and Miscellaneous Licensing Department.
- The application form is included under the “Documents to Use’ section which you can download the form. Applications can also be requested at the Police Licensing Office located at 12/F Arsenal House, Police Headquarters.
- Forms that are completed can be handed in by mail or in person to the Police Licensing Office in person or by post.
