Go to at the Department of Animal Health and Livestock Development (DHALD) office. They have all the necessary documents to complete the application
Find the application form, complete and send it to the DHALD official along with all documents.

This application is sent directly to Director DHALD who will request an inspection prior to the delivery of the goods.
