Apply for Restaurant License in Hong Kong
- In order to obtain a license for a restaurant applicants need to apply with the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department.
- A request for a restaurant licence must be submitted under the name of either a corporation or individual and filed on the standard form (FEHB 1994). The form for application must be submitted along three duplicates of layout plans for the restaurant. These plans must be drawn at a size (of at least 1:100) in meters. For private structures applicants are also required to fill out a declaration on the form FEHB 194. Both types FEHB 94, as well as FEHB 192 are available at the Licensing Offices as well as the District Office for Environmental Health. They can also be obtained through the site of FEHD (link available under the “Documents to Use” section)
