- A authorization letter should be sent to the Consulate with authority over the area.

Documents that are required Travel Permits For Minor
- The authorization letter must contain:
- Authorizing name or identification number and the exact address.
- Name of the child traveling and birth date, location and the reason for the travel.
- Name and contact details of those who are accompanying the person.
- or, a signature that authorizes (the signature should be directed to the Consulo).
- Certificate or proof of the birth of the child.
- Passport or identity card of the signatory to the letters.
- Photo of the kid.

The signature should be taken ? in front of an officer from the consulate.
